1. You must notify HPJS by email (customer@halfpricejewelrystore.com) with in 72 hours of receiving the product.
2. You will be contacted by customer service via email. You will have 72 hours to ship the product back to HPJS. 7501 N. University Ste. 221A, Peoria, Il. 61614 . In the event the return is lost, HALF PRICE JEWELRY STORE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. It is recommended to use insurance through the shipping company to assure delivery.
3. Upon receipt of any merchandise you are unhappy with, HPJS will reimburse you the amount you paid for the item minus shipping and handling.
